As a Business Coach

Let’s talk if you need help building a cohesive, effective team.  I am Nick Patterson, an experienced business coach in Auckland. I help individuals or a team identify their strengths and weaknesses so they get a better understanding of their values and what drives them.  This knowledge enables teams and individual team members to know what motivates them and to work to their strengths.  Tapping into strengths and finding ways to manage weaknesses improves overall business performance.

  • As your business coach in Christchurch, I will help you solve problems and overcome barriers that prevent you from achieving your goals. Problems such as poor invoicing practices are usually easy to solve. Barriers, such as lack of self-confidence or poor time management, can need more attention. As your coach, I help you to recognise your barriers and help you overcome them.
  • Let’s talk if you are having trouble clearly defining personal or professional goals. You won’t succeed if you do not know what you are aiming for. I can help you sort out what is important to you and your business, so you have a clear goal. Then I can help you along the path to success.
  • Many of us have subconscious beliefs that hold us back, or there are things we just don’t like doing. These issues can have a negative effect on your business. So let’s talk if there are issues that stand in your way of success. Once we identify an issue, we can address it. Having a positive mindset and finding ways to do those things you don’t like doing, will definitely help grow your business.
