I have owned and managed a number of entities and employed many outstanding individuals. I have a natural affiliation with leadership and collaborate with all stake holders to get the best out of the entity or project.

The numbers don’t lie, and unproductive marketing can be paralysing for a business. My real-world experience and my Chartered Accounting background coupled with years of Marketing experience both domestically and overseas will add capability to a project or business.

I have had experience in adapting to changing business conditions. It may be a small adjustment to enhance performance or a significant structural change or liquidating assets to protect foundation equity.

Getting things done in a concise and logical structure is something that comes naturally to my business background. I have also walked the path of those that may not have encountered significant issues and can offer advice to shift roadblocks.

Business structure governance form the backbone of any organisation but one which is often overlooked. I have first-hand experience with the formation and chairing a board of governance and establishing advisory boards.

Acquiring new entities and merging assets, culture and people into a new structure can be very difficult and hard to get right. If there is no structure and plan then all the good work and logic of the purchase and merger is wasted in the resulting lack of momentum.
